Counselling & Psychotherapy Practice

My counselling experience enables me to offer effective individualised psychological care. I work with a number of mental health concerns and provide a neutral safe ground to individuals and families.

Aim

As a counsellor my goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. 

Therapy Focus

The focus of counselling is to help individuals heal, energise, and become aware of their inner strengths. This is achieved by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customising a treatment plan.
